DESCRIPTION
SKYTONE LX-125 is UV curable Polyurathane resins. The Liquid Photopolymer resins has a same characteristic as that of those found in sheet photopolymer. Plate processed from Skytone 125 is tech free high resilince and sure lint free prodperties, Excellent solid coverage and easy cleaning of the press. The finished plates are UV resistance and white florosant wil not degrade under room temperature. The durability of plate are very long. The cost of plate processed from liquid photopolymer is effectivery low compare to plate processed from sheet polymer.

HISTORY
In olden days, printings on corrugation were done by Rubber Stereo. On subsequent development, Photopolymer plate has replace Rubber Stereo. Both above plates making system have limitation. Ultimately, next generation Liquid Photopolymer Resin developed which are excellent replacements of Sheet polymer.
